  1. a. Web Developer

The role is to be responsible for designing, coding and modifying websites, from layout to function and according to a client’s specifications. Strive to create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation.

 Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices
  • Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices

Back-End J2EE Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the backend platform. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;

Sales coordinators handle multiple responsibilities and are known to help the sales team in achieving sales targets

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handles the inquiries from existing and new clients
  • Provides details about the transactions over the phone or via e-mails.
  • Preparing and submitting monthly sales reports to senior level management.
  • Follow up and renew sales contracts, and keep customer database up to date.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in drafting plans to create or refinish spaces with the clients’ tastes in mind. In creating plans for a space, to take into account interior construction, lighting and furnishings.
  • Meeting with suppliers to discuss new products.
  • Use computer drafting programs, such as computer-aided design and drafting (CADD), Photoshop and Google Sketch-up and/or Autodesk 3D max, Microsoft Office.
  • Advising the team on the practicality of the material used in the projects.

  1. e. Coworking Space Coordinator for ZRE

The Co-working space coordinator is responsible for creating an efficient and engaging co-working experience for our members, thinking ahead and proposing creative ideas to keep the space lively and running smoothly.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage guests and calls:

  • Answer phone, take messages and deliver correct and accurate information.
  • Greet and welcome visitors to the space
  • Answer visitor’s general questions and guide them and inform the relevant customer of their arrival.
  • Keep clear data of visitors to the space and event attendees
  • Available to be “on-call” as the primary contact for the space 24/7

Manage tenants’ needs & requests:

  • Support startups in co-working space
  • Make a tour for newcomers
  • Listen to the members’ needs and relays those needs to the people in charge to collaboratively work on solving their problems.
  • Manage all food delivery requests
  • Make sure all tenants in the space are on the BDD Newsletter
  • Book conference room of the space for tenants meetings

Manage space and assets:

  • Monitor Internet service and call for IT support when needed
  • Monitor printer (paper, toner, functionality) and other office technology
  • Maintain a members and prospects database
  • Coordinate with different on site teams to ensure that the space is kept tidy and projects a business-like image.
  • Report damage, problems, and accidents
  • Order supplies and office furniture as needed

Manage Events logistics in the space:

  • Book training rooms in the space and inform tenants of availability
  • Oversee the preparation of events and coordinate with organizers to make sure that events are running smoothly and flawlessly
  • Keep clear data of visitors to the space and event attendees
  • Inform ZRE sales team on the occupancy/availability of space
  • Support in events as needed

Others Tasks:

  • Act as a community animator creating a positive and cheerful atmosphere
  • Encourage tenants in the co-working space to participate in BDD events
  • Perform other tasks as needed.

Skills, Qualifications, and Requirements

  • A university degree and around 2 years’ experience in PR / Marketing positions
  • Familiar with MS Office.
  • Ability to read, write and speak in Arabic and English. French is a plus.
  • Ability to comprehend, carry out and relay multiple verbal and written instructions.
  • Focus and attention to detail.
  • Maintains a cheerful attitude and good interpersonal communication skills
  • Willingness to work in a relational environment and team context are absolutely essential
